1. Introduction

Welcome to NextGenBroadcast. By accessing and using our voice broadcasting platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for:

Transmitting illegal, harassing, or abusive content
Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
Impersonating any person or entity

3. Billing and Payments

Our services operate on a prepaid basis. You must maintain sufficient balance in your wallet to run campaigns. Funds are deducted automatically based on call duration and TTS generation.

4. Caller ID and Compliance

If you use your own Caller ID, you must have the legal right to use that number. You agree to comply with all local telecommunication laws and regulations regarding automated calling.

5. Limitation of Liability

NextGenBroadcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
